To qualify for the Detroit LeadSafe Housing Program, there must be a child under the age of 6 living, or regularly visiting, the home. The occupants must meet income and other requirements. HRD is unable to assist clients with immediate needs. If you are a low-income homeowner over the age of 62, or are over the age of 55, AND receive Social Security Disability, you may be placed on a waiting list to receive services. COVID-19-Mortgage Relief
